The product I want is out of stock. When will you restock?

We appreciate your interest in our products! Unfortunately, we don't have specific dates for restocks, but our team is actively working to replenish popular items.

To stay updated, consider signing up for our newsletter, text list, or enabling product notifications on our website. This way, you'll be among the first to know when your desired items are back in stock. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Can these products be used on natural hair?

Yes! Our products can be used on both natural and relaxed hair. For hair that is damaged, receives a lot of heat, is color treated, and/or relaxed, the Protein Strengthening & Repair Collection is recommended.

For hair that needs more moisture, the Original Collection is recommended.

It is also ok to mix and match collections depending on what your hair needs. For product recommendations catered specifically to you, take the hair quiz on the website.

Do you ship the products international?

Yes, we ship orders internationally. We do NOT cover any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may incur with international shipments. These charges are NOT included in the shipping fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these fees.

Can I return items?

Return/Exchange Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of cosmetic products, we do not allow returns nor exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final. When shopping with us for the first time, it is encouraged to only order one of a particular item instead of buying multiples of the same item to ensure satisfaction with the item.

We also encourage reading all of the description and ingredients before purchasing.

Damaged items:

In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us with pictures of the items and a replacement item will be shipped.

Can I modify my order?

No, unfortunately, we can't add or remove items once your order is placed, as our system is designed for efficient processing. Please take a moment to review your choices before finalizing your purchase.

In the event that you would like to add to the order, an additonal order will need to be placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled. Please be sure of your purchase before finalizing the transaction.

I did not receive any order information after checking out

After an order is placed, a confirmation email containing an order number is immediately sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email address is also used to notify you when the order ships and is delivered. If you have multiple emails, please be sure to check the one given to us for all information regarding your order.

Why is my order taking so long to be delivered?

Once your order ships, the delivery time is determined by the carrier (USPS or UPS). Be sure to keep checking your tracking number for updated information. USPS can also be contacted directly for order updates. We do not have access to the USPS system and only have the same info provided by the tracking number. Also keep in mind that if ground shipping is chosen at checkout, although it is the most economical, it also takes the longest for delivery. If faster delivery is desired, please choose, priority or next day shipment.

I paid extra for expedited shipping & it didn't get here. Can I get a refund?

Shipping times are guranteed by the carrier (USPS or UPS). Please note that processing time and shipping times are different. We ask for 3-5 business days to process and pack your order. Once the item actually ships, the shipping time is then calculated. In the event that the order was not received in the time frame guaranteed, refunds can be requested via usps.com

I forgot to add my promo code. Can you add it to my order?

Once an order it placed, it cannot be edited, altered, changed, or canceled. After a promo code is placed in the correct field, you should see the price change. Please be sure you see the price change before entering your payment info. 

If you forget to use the promo code, it can be used for a future purchase.

Can I combine multiple discount codes on a single purchase?

No, typically only one discount code can be applied per purchase. Our system is designed to accommodate one promotion at a time to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all customers. If you have multiple discount codes, we recommend using the one that provides the greatest benefit for your current purchase.
