Shipping Policy

All orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. At peak times (holidays, black Friday sales and similar, shipping may take a bit longer). Once your order is received, you will receive confirmation that your order was placed. After your order has shipped, you will receive another notification with your tracking number which can be used to see exactly when you will receive your order. Please be sure that the email address that is provided is correct due to it is the email address that will used for all correspondence regarding your order.

The delivery time is based on when the order is actually shipped, and is not based on the date the order is placed, nor does this include processing time. For example, if one-day shipping is chosen, the package will arrive one business day after the order is actually shipped, not one day after the order is placed.

Depending on the size of the order, you may receive your order in separate packages, and each will have it's own tracking number.

In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and provide them with your tracking information. With USPS, packages come with insurance as well as with UPS. If your package is lost or stolen, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier and the insurance will reimburse you. At that time, another order can be placed for your items. By L. When filling out your shipping information, please be sure to double check that all of the information is correct. If a package is sent to the wrong address due to being given the wrong information, another shipping fee will apply.
