RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY
We only replace items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
Failure to provide required documentation within this timeframe will result in denial of the claim.
Approved claims will receive a replacement only. Refunds are not issued.
NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following:
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Product dissatisfaction due to personal preference
- Improper use of products
- Failure to read product descriptions or instructions
- Claims made after the 48-hour window
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement
- Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed or shipped
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
by L. Jones is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:
- Contact your local carrier immediately
- File a claim directly with the shipping provider
PROCESSING & SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
- Processing time: 3–5 business days (longer during peak periods)
- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
Delays in shipping do not qualify for refunds.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of our Terms
- We will dispute all chargebacks with:
- Proof of delivery
- Order confirmation
- Customer agreement to our policies
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny future purchases to customers who:
- Abuse our policies
- File fraudulent claims
- Initiate unwarranted chargebacks
Cancelled Orders:
Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled or changed. Please review your order before completing payment to ensure promo codes are entered correctly, order accuracy, and verify your address is correct before completing payment. In the event that you forget to put a promo code in, enter the promo code incorrectly, or place the promo code in the wrong box, adjustments will not be made. All orders/sales are final.
