All sales are final. We do not offer returns and/or exchanges.

Returns:

Thank you for your purchase! Due to the intimate nature of cosmetic products, no returns are allowed. If you receive an item that is defective (i.e broken top, leaking bottle, etc) it will be replaced. Simply send an email to info@byljonesproducts.com along with pictures and a description of the damage.

Flat irons come with a one year warranty. If your flat iron becomes defective within one year of purchase, you can exchange it for a new one. A $15 fee will be required in order to mail new flat iron.

Cancelled Orders:

Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled or changed. Please review your order before completing payment to ensure promo codes are entered correctly, order accuracy, and verify your address is correct before completing payment. In the event that you forget to put a promo code in, enter the promo code incorrectly, or place the promo code in the wrong box, adjustments will not be made. All orders/sales are final.

Missing/Stolen/Lost Orders

In the event that an address is entered incorrectly, another shipping fee will need to be paid once the order has been returned to our facility. Each order comes with insurance. If your package has shipped and is lost or stolen, a claim will need to be filed with the post office using your tracking number to be reimbursed. We are not responsible for missing packages once they have left our facility. Please be sure to supply us with the correct email address, as this is how we send all communication including tracking numbers and how we confirm that your order has been delivered.
