Directions for use
When applying, use Vanilla Milk after shampooing and conditioning hair. Spray Vanilla Milk on hair and do not rinse. Comb through. Apply dime-sized amount of Silky Serum either right before blow drying or right before flat ironing.

Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods such as holidays, sales events (including Black Friday), or high-volume restocks, processing times may be extended.
Preorders require a minimum of 2 weeks for processing and shipment.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has shipped, a second email containing your tracking information will be sent. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly, as this will be our primary method of communication.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes begin after your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
For example, if next-day shipping is selected, your package will arrive one business day after shipment, not one day after placing the order.
Shipping transit times are determined by the carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, by L. Jones is not responsible for carrier delays.
Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
International Orders
All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped, by L. Jones is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly (e.g., USPS or UPS) to file a claim using your tracking number. Most shipments include insurance, and reimbursement will be handled through the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, by L. Jones is not responsible. If the package is returned to us, reshipment will require an additional shipping fee.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@byljonesproducts.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued for:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., scent, texture, or results)
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method or store credit.
